What’s going on in Adam’s pants??

mcmeathead2:

Hey everyone. I get a lot (a LOT) of questions about what’s going on in my pants. If you haven’t seen, you can check out my Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mcmeathead/). So below I have answered several of the most common questions I receive about it. I don’t check my Tumblr much so message me privately on Instagram if you have additional questions.

Note: these answers are based on my experiences and understanding only. Silicone injections are an illegal procedure in all countries (so far as I know).

1) What is it? – I’ve had liquid silicone injected in my shaft and in my sack.

2) How does it work? – The tissue in the shaft (between the skin and the musculature) and the sack (around the testicles) is like a sponge. When liquid silicone is injected, it sits just below the skin in the shaft and around the testicles in the sack, and it creates a large bubble. The silicone is inert, so it does not react with the body at all. However, it is still a foreign substance. The tissue encapsulates the silicone into tiny pockets to isolate it, expanding that sponge. The result is that after injections, the tissue will expand 10% – 20% over time.

3) Does it affect function? – No. I can still get an erection, and I can still produce sperm. Think about the silicone like a layer of fat, surrounding the shaft and the testicles. The silicone just makes the shaft wider. It does not affect the length.

4) Does it affect sensation? – Yes. The tissue is obviously a lot more stretched out. So nerves are a lot more sensitive, but the sensation is a lot more diffuse (spread out, rather than a specific spot).

5) Is it permanent? – Yes. Pumping lasts a few hours usually. Saline will last up to several days. Silicone is permanent. However much you inject is how much you will have until you die.

6) Can it be removed? – Yes but it is a very expensive surgery (around $10k).

7) Is it safe/risky? – Silicone injections are a body modification, and there is always risk with any body modification. Some (such as ear piercings) are low risk. Silicone is on the moderate-high end. Assuming the person injecting is well informed and experienced, the main risks come with the possibility of infection. If the injection site gets infected, or if the skin is pierced and an infection gets it, it can be very difficult or impossible to cure, and the silicone has to be removed or the person can die. I have never heard of anyone with silicone dying from an infection, but one or two (out of hundreds) have gotten an infection and had to have it removed.

8) Does it hurt? – I assume you mean did it hurt to have it done. That’s like when people ask if my nipples hurt getting pierced. Well, yeah. However, silicone injections hurt FAR less than piercings or tattoos in my experience. There is a small pinch for the needle injecting the numbing agent (the numbing agent can burn a bit until it kicks in). After that, typically there is no pain at all. However, as the skin reaches its capacity, the nerves start to get stretched which causes increasing discomfort. Injecting silicone is NOT a sexy process to witness. It is fun to imagine and fantasize about. If taken seriously, it is a very nerve-wracking experience.

9) Why do it? – I love the size. I love having a constant bulge. I love the attention it gets. I love the stares I get, especially at the gym and in the locker room. I try to be respectful of others at all times, but I’m also not embarrassed by it or shy about it. It’s part of my body and part of who I am. I’m not trying to be alpha male or make others feel inadequate. It just makes me ridiculously happy, and I hope others will enjoy it as well.

10) Can I see it? – No. Sorry, I don’t give out nudes. It’s too easy for nudes to start flying around tumblr and then haters hate and it gets ugly and Adam feels self-conscious and stops sharing altogether. So, I’ll stick with IG and leaving (at least a little) something to the imagination. Update on this: a few of my nude modeling photos have started circulating Tumblr. I was expecting this but it does not change that I do not hand out nudes.

11) How much silicone do I have? – In total, I have 1,850 cc or ml. To give you an idea of volume, take a 2 liter bottle and fill it about 90%. That’s how much liquid silicone I have total. 300 of that is in my shaft, and 1550 is in my sack. I do plan on adding more, but I am not sure how much or when.

12) How does it feel? – This changes with every guy. Some guys’ silicone is very squishy. Some is very firm. Mine is a bit firm and dense. There are some lumps (these are just dense sponge areas) but they can be reduced by soaking in a hot bath and massaging them. However, it is all pretty heavy. Right now, it’s about 5 pounds.

13) Do I have problems with TSA? – Yes, I expect to always be pulled aside by TSA now. The scanners show two large spots where my nipple rings are, and a very large spot around my crotch. I’m always very upfront and respectful about it. I offer suggestions on how other TSA agents have handled it, which involves going into a back room, doing a pat down, and then I offer to drop my pants and show my bulge in my undies. They’re usually very grateful for this guidance as it’s something they’ve never encountered before. So I go into the back with a supervisor and another agent. They do the pat down and then I drop my pants and show my undies bulge. I explain what all is going on there and what the different shapes and bumps are. Sometimes they’ll ask me to rub my bulge and they do a residue test. But I always maintain an attitude of patience, respect, and lightheartedness. I know they’re just doing their job, and I am definitely an anomaly. In the end, I usually crack a light joke (at my expense), to make it a bit less awkward for them. All in all, it takes about 10 min longer than normal. I’ve never had a mean agent yet, and it gives me a bit of a thrill to offset the stress of traveling.

14) Can I still top (penetrate other guys)? – it’s possible, but the guy would need to be VERY loose (probably a fisting bottom, honestly). However, that was a compromise I knew I was making as I added more. Guys who enjoy topping must seriously consider how much silicone they can get in their shaft. But honestly, I’m a happy bottom, so I don’t mind giving that up at all. The trade off is well worth it to me. It’s possible that I may change my mind but I refuse to live in fear of what I may or may not feel when I get older.

15) does the silicone migrate? – yes. Some silicone will typically migrate from the shaft to the sack or vice versa. This can be minimized using a cock ring around just the sack. It is possible (tho rare) for silicone to migrate from the shaft and sack and into the body. To minimize this, it is recommended that guys wear a cock ring around the shaft and sack for the first 48 hours. Usually the silicone “settles” by then. Remember, it’s a very dense sponge in there with all the silicone, so it’s not runny (as you might expect it to be). The silicone is forced into a particular shape by the skin and by gravity. Since the cock and balls are usually hanging downward (even when lying down), it’s rare that the silicone migrates outside of the genitals.

16) How does it affect day-to-day life? – My silicone definitely affects me on a daily basis in many ways.  From constantly adjusting it (when I get out
of bed, whenever I stand up, etc.) to making adjustments because of it (such as
how I use the toilet).  I have to be
careful not to graze it against anything remotely pokey (table edges, cabinet
handles, etc.) as even the slightest graze can feel like it’s been slashed
open.  Narrow seats (eg airplanes) are
definitely problematic, as are narrow passages (airplane aisles, shuffling past
people to get to my seat at the theater).
I get the same questions at least a dozen times (this is not an
exaggeration) whenever I go out to a bar, regardless of what I’m wearing.  I have to make adjustments to many exercises
(especially on leg day) so it’s comfortable or even possible.  I am a 34 waist but have to wear 38 waist
pants and shorts, and custom underwear is my only option now.  Remaining professional in the workplace is
certainly a challenge.  I’ve found dark
pants and an un-tucked button down are the best combination.  Bending or reaching over a waist-high surface
(spotting someone at the gym, reaching into a high cabinet) is very difficult
indeed.  Carrying large and/or heavy
boxes.  You don’t really realize the
impact until it’s a “problem.”
